Our Story

How We Got Here

In 2000 the Internet and front-end software solutions in general were in their infancy and the opportunities to provide enterprise-grade business automations abounded.

Computer systems of the past have been known for their rigour, inflexibility and lack of human-friendliness. The name FuzzyLogic comes from a logical principal whereby a software system is designed to manage the “grey area” that is inherent in human thinking.


So the principal is instead of making humans conform to systems, rather to make systems that understand people.

Our unique approach of getting inside the minds of our customer’s businesses and thinking from inside their circumstances has been the key formula to the impact of our solutions in the corporate world.

This system fully automates the entire Bonus (LTI & STI) allocation system as well as increases.  The system allows budgets to be set at every level and facilitates the cascaded approval of all figures all the way up the organisation.  The system is so efficient that Sasol is able to complete their entire Rem process in under 2 weeks.

MyQ

Case and Query Management System, manages all query resolution and back-office process flow.  This highly sophisticated system allows custom design of all workflows, SLA management and customer satisfaction.

SDLC

Manages the full IT life cycle for change management, catering for development, UAT, Staging and rollout.  With all approvals and exceptions managed by the system workflow engine.

Staff Files

E-Document solution for all Staff File requirements.  This system is extremely customisable and will take care of all your staff digital record needs.  Documents can be required or optional, can have set expiry dates, and a custom form designer allows for document types to be designed in the system for staff to complete.

PRMA

This system has a fully functional payroll engine built in, with all the relevant medical aid contribution calculations.  FNB is able to load their retirees and the system will calculate medical aid subsidies and produce the required file to submit to SARS EasyFile

Live Online Retail

Live Online Retail is a state of the art buyer activity and engagement platform.  The system allows merchants to monitor activity of buyers as they interact with products in real time, via an intuitive dashboard system.
Buyers may engage with the agents via a live chat system which allows for file secure file transfers, voice calls, and video calling directly in the browser.
Agents also have a mobile app which allows them to pick up chat requests via push notifications.
