We developed the Remuneration System for Nedbank limited which controls all increases and promotion disbursements for the entire organisation. From the conclusion of union negotiations the bank is able to capture the increase and bonus figures with 3 levels of authorisation and approval for approx.. 25000 staff.
This process is concluded within its deadline of 3 weeks which is remarkable considering the complexity of the task.
Our Position Management solution in Nedbank controls all staff movements in the organisation from on-boarding, transfers, terminations and retrenchments.
We have since implemented our Remuneration solution into Sasol where in addition to managing all increases and bonus, it also manages the verification of all staff payroll information. The system was developed and implemented from specification to live implementation in 5 months. This system will be extended later this year to deal with expats and international secondees who have complicated pay models spanning multiple currencies and localities.
On the Internet side we developed and maintain the Carfind.co.za systems. This includes all dealer management functionality and also the complaints management systems for both Hyundai and Citroen.
